Ben has over 25 years recruitment experience working for some of the largest and most successful recruitment companies in the UK and Australia. Previously working in the IT recruitment industry Ben opened Red Earth in early 2011 following a move back to the UK after working in IT recruitment in Australia for over 10 years.
Ben worked in Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne gaining an unprecedented knowledge of living and working in Australia. Working and travelling across Australia giving Red Earth the knowledge and understanding required to offer the help and advice our candidates need when considering relocating.
Educated to Postgrad level, Ben recently completed a Postgraduate degree in Secondary Education to teach Business Studies to the next generation of budding entrepreneurs.
Lucy is our resident Ozzie, after completing a degree in marketing from the University of Sydney, Lucy joined Red Earth as a Recruitment Consultant. Working from our Sydney office, Lucy was responsible for researching new clients as well as assisting our candidates with the migration to life in Australia. After 12 months she decided to relocate to the UK and work in our head office in Altrincham alongside its founder Ben where she can focus her time on sourcing candidates who want to realise their dream of working overseas.
Lisa is our Office Manager responsible for all payroll, accounting, finance and capital expenditure activities. Having graduated from Bournemounth University with a 1st in Business Administration, Lisa is a superb addition to the RedEarth team.
